Our fitness classes are led by expert coaches who provide the structure, support & motivation that you don’t find in a regular gym.

We coach 6 types of fitness class: STRENGTH, CARDIO, METCON, BOXING, YOGA and “MOVE & BREATHE”. Each class follows a progressive programme to develop all areas of your health and fitness. Classes take place throughout the day, allowing you to fit them into your busy schedules.

  • This 50 minute class focuses on developing full body strength and power. Expect to have fun, lift heavy and see your progress by following our consistent programme in this class.

  • This 50 minute class focuses on developing aerobic fitness and anaerobic. Push harder for longer and recover quicker by improving your heart and lungs. And you'll burn a fair few calories in the process! Expect to run, jump, throw med balls and use our range of cardiovascular equipment in this class.

  • This 50 minute class is the perfect mix of strength, power and conditioning all in one. If you want the best all round workout, this is the session for you! Expect the unexpected: kettlebells, sandbags, dumbbells, barbells, med balls, bodyweight exercises and efforts on our range of cardiovascular kit - you will be constantly challenged.

  • This 50 minute class combines striking techniques with regular exercise to improves your fitness. Expect to have fun and learn new skills whilst getting sweaty under the guidance of our expert coaches.

  • Connect your body & mind as our inspired and inspiring teachers lead you through their empowering practice. Our instructors each offer a unique style including Hatha, Vinyasa, Embodied Movement and even Yoga for BJJ.

  • Feel better physically and mentally. This class is designed to have you leave the room feeling better than when you came in. It combines a host of mobility, bodyweight movement and breathwork to release tension and relieve the stress of our busy lives.

  • 35 minute condensed versions of our regular classes to fit into your busy schedule. Make the most your lunch break by getting a great training session in with us.

  • Our 50 minute Speed & Agility class, develops acceleration, agility and top-end speed skills that transfer to your performance on the pitch. You'll get quicker off the mark, make more breaks, score more points and run with better technique.

    These sessions are for 12-18 year olds and invited adult athletes only.

  • Our 50 minute youth strength & conditioning class, gives developing athletes the tools they need to thrive.

    Build the fundamental strength and fitness to take you above your competitors, whilst teaching you how to move safely and effectively, and reducing your risk of injury.

    These sessions are for 12-18 year olds only.

We also offer Small Group Personal Training through our “Perform & Rehab” membership.

Our Strength & Conditioning coaches have worked in professional sports since 2010. Whilst we specialise in working with athletes and rehabilitating all kinds of injuries, we have the elite skills and experience to improve everyone’s health & fitness, regardless of their starting point.

We’ll focus on what you enjoy, play to your strengths, develop your weaknesses & minimise your risk of injury. Work with us to take your performance to the next level and optimise your health & wellness.

  • Our small group sessions are limited to a maximum of 4 people. This gives you the attention you need from the coach, in a positive team environment whilst making it more affordable than 1 to 1 coaching. Our members also have access to a full strength and conditioning programme, which they use to track their progress via our app.
